Terms and Conditions

We will make all efforts to ensure that your travel to your destination is hassle-free and we pride ourselves on punctuality. Please be aware of the following terms and conditions.

Traveling to Airport or Cruise Terminal. Our driver will advise you on the pickup time so that you have sufficient travel time to the airport or cruise terminal. It is important that you are ready once the driver arrives for the pickup, We are not responsible for weather or traffic conditions that may affects the trip duration.We do not accept responsibility should you miss your flight or cruise ship. We are also not responsible for missing your flight or ship due to any changes in flight or ship scheduled times.

Traveling from Airport or Cruise Terminal. In case of any major delays at the airport, you must contact the driver. It is important that you arrive at the pickup point promptly and timely to avoid surcharges.

Sloans Airport Transport is not responsible for your valuables or luggages that may be damaged during the trip. Maximum passenger and luggages must be specified during the booking to ensure that you have a comfortable trip with room for your luggages. We can not accept oversized luggages such as golf clubs or ski equipments. Please do inform our driver should you need any physical assistance or room to pack a wheelchair.

We do not accept responsibilities for any injuries due to road accidents or sickness beyond our control. We provide sick bags should you suffer from motion sickness.

Refund and Cancellations

Full payment is to be made via credit card or bank transfer prior to the trip in order for your booking to be confirmed. Any cancellation on the same day or no shows, will not be refunded.

Rescheduling must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to the pickup date and is subject to availability. Cancellation can be done at least 24 hours prior to the trip for a 50% refund.
